To seize Crimea before Christmas, Britain trains Ukraine commandos.

The head of Ukrainian intelligence, Kyrylo Budanov, previously declared that their soldiers will enter Crimea “soon.”

An elite Ukrainian commando brigade is receiving training from British soldiers. To disable Russian forces and retake Crimea before Christmas is the aim of this training. In order to take part in specialized drills, around 2,000 soldiers have gathered in a remote area of Dartmoor.

The Daily Express article states that a combination of air, land, and sea strikes are planned for the operation. To distract and immobilize Russian troops, Ukrainian commandos will use cutting-edge technology. In order to breach defenses, armored forces will be used, with new long-range missiles from the UK, US, and Germany providing further help.

All other military troops and the general public are not permitted to attend the training, which is held in Battle Camp in Okehampton, Devon. The training, which involves long-approach marches and commando raids with live ammunition at night, is being supervised by the Royal Marines from 42 Commando.

In order for Ukrainian troops to “shape the battle space” before making significant attacks against the enemy, a senior UK military source emphasized the deployment of nimble NATO tactics. However, it is understood that the operation’s success will depend on the Ukrainian troops’ capacity for rapid adaptation and problem-solving.

According to experts, the aim of retaking Crimea is consistent with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s goal of expelling all occupants from Ukrainian territory. He thinks that unless Russian forces are severely depleted, a swift blitzkrieg attack might not be adequate. Attacks on the Kerch bridge and other key points, however, could eventually make Russia’s hold on Crimea more difficult to maintain.
