The death toll in the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall in Moscow, the capital of Russia, has reached 143. President Putin addressed the nation on Saturday, nearly 24 hours after the attack. He declared national mourning on 24 March. Putin said the attackers tried to flee towards Ukraine. Everyone has been caught and will be given severe punishment.

According to reports the Chief of Russia’s Security Service has told Russian President Vladimir Putin that four suspects were trying to escape in a white car. They were caught from the Russia-Ukraine border. Everyone is being taken to Moscow.
